Fixed-scope build for a specific problem. We take a defined technical challenge (fragile RAG, unstable agent loops, AI integration into a legacy system, full platform build) and ship it to production with documentation, tests, and clean handover. Audit fee credits to the engagement.
From $30,000 · 6–12 weeksSenior technical leadership without the full-time hire. Architecture decisions, AI strategy, hiring oversight, investor-facing technical content. Built on direct experience as a YC-backed company CTO. Best for funded startups between the founding engineer and the first VP Engineering.
From $10,000/moFor platforms where Centenum is the engineering team for an extended period. Selectively offered. We will not take this on unless we can deliver excellently.
