The team. Toronto. Lagos.

Deliberately small.
Senior engineers only.

We do not bench engineers waiting for projects. We do not take on more work than the senior team can deliver excellently. When you hire Centenum, you get the people whose names are on this page.

How we work

Small by design. Senior by requirement.

No bench

We do not keep engineers waiting for projects. Every person on the team is either delivering client work or investing in Centenum Labs research. This is why we sometimes say no to engagements. Capacity is real.

No juniors on your project

We do not use client engagements to train people. Senior engineers do the work directly, including the parts that are not glamorous. If we ever bring in a junior, it is because they shadow, never because they ship.

No offshore handoff

Centenum operates across two cities, but engagements are not handed off across timezones. The same senior engineers who scope your project deliver it. There is no offshore team we route work to.

No vendor lock-in

Every engagement ends with you owning the system, the documentation, and the operational knowledge. We do not build dependencies that require us forever. If you never call us again after delivery, that is the engagement working as designed.

Want to talk to one of us?
