The $10 holds your slot and is credited in full to anything you purchase. If nothing we sell fits your situation, we will say so, and the honest answer is yours to keep.

    You leave with exactly one next step and a link. Not a menu, not a proposal, not a follow-up sequence. One step, and your $10 already paid for part of it.

Before the call

The fine print, plainly

No tricks. No upsells in disguise.

  • The $10 is credited in full toward anything you buy, from the $597 teardown to a full engagement. It is not refunded if you buy nothing; it is the price of holding a senior engineer's time.
  • Slots are capped at eight per day across both founders. When the day is full, it is full.
  • You can reschedule once at no charge with at least four hours' notice. No-shows forfeit the $10.
  • Everything you show us is covered by NDA from the moment you book.

Why charge $10 at all?

Because the call is with a founder, not a setter, and ten dollars is the difference between a calendar full of curiosity and a calendar full of builders. You get it back the moment you buy anything, so for everyone serious, the call is free.

Will this be a sales call?

It will be a diagnosis. You will get one recommendation at the end because that is what a diagnosis is for, and the recommendation will sometimes be "you do not need us yet." We put that in writing here so you can hold us to it.

Can I skip the call and just buy?

Yes, and if you already know what you need, you should. The teardown, the rescue sprint, and the visibility audit all check out directly, no call required.

What should I have ready?

Whatever shows the situation fastest: a link to the product, the repo, your website, or a screen recording of the problem. The booking questions cover the rest.
